Yellow forsythia, white magnolias, and red dogwoods, all set against a deep blue spring time sky provide a breath taking demonstration of nature's pallet.  The image is made more precious knowing that it is indeed a fleeting moment in time, as even the next moment will be different as the branches shift in the winds and the angle of the sunlight changes.  These flowering trees and shrubs will together herald the magnificent return of spring time for only a few short weeks at best, but their combined beauty more than compensates for their brief time together.

This glorious scene was captured at Planting Fields Arboretum on Long Island New York.

This picture is approximately 15 inches by 19 inches, printed by hand by myself on Kodak Ektacolor professional paper.  The print is available in a matted format of 20 by 24 inches and is signed on the back.
